Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I'd like to help out with the iTunes error you're getting with your new iPhone 11.

The iPhone 11 - Technical Specifications shows that you'll need Windows 7 or later using iTunes 12.10 or later (free download from www.itunes.com/download)

If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod has steps to follow for the error message you received.
