MacBook can't use the AirPods

After I tried to forget the device few time, the bluetooth connect the AirPods and the MacBook, and then loading for a long time, still cannot use the airpods

I tried to test the AirPods and the bluetooth of the MacBook separately, and they both work good.

My MacBook is on the updated version.

I don't know what is the problem now

We have no idea what this means.

We don’t know what generation AirPods you have either.

So if you have second generation AirPods, you need to be using MacOS 10.14.4 or later. If you have first generation AirPods, you need MacOS Sierra (10.12) or later.
