Security of account

I recently received an email stating that someone tried to access to my Apple account some days ago. It was a suspicious sign in and it was in Pakistan, so my account was apparently locked, but when I access to the link that is in the email in order to unlock my account, they ask me for my payment method info and I’m worry about it, cause I’m not sure providing that info there is secured. So my question is, how do I know this is a trustworthy site and the whole email is not scam? Please help me the fastes yo can! 😫
