software update by Nov 4. Can't get it!

The "software update" in Aettings tells me my software is up to date on my iPhone 5c, but it is only 10.3.3. I am reading that it needs to be 10.3.4 by Nov 3. What do I do?

That particular update is not required for the iPhone 5C, only the iPhone 5.
