One direction sync for contact

can we setup one direction sync (that is from exchange to mobile only but not vice verse) for contact?

If I understand you correctly, you do not want contacts added on iPhone to get transferred to exchange. Right? If Yes.


You need to understand that Contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other


In your case, you add another account, say iCloud email account with contacts and make that a default one. When you add a contact it will get added to iCloud Contacts and your Exchange contacts will remain intact.
