photo and video import to PC

Hello!

I tried to import photos&videos from my iPhone XS to my computer on Windows 10 using app Photos.

I did everything following instructions on this page https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201302#importpc

and https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027134/windows-10-import-photos-and-videos-from-phone-to-pc

My phone is detected by computer, then it shows me which data I want to import and when I press import button program freezes and shows me error in importing videos and photos.

I tried to import only photos and it was successful, but then I tried to import videos and again - fail. Even when I try to import videos one by one. iCloud photo synchronizations is off.

I received explanations from service center that Apple doesn't allow to import photos and videos from iPhone X/XS/11 to any devices, except belong to Apple. But I'm not sure about this.

Is there anyone who owns iPhone X, XS or 11 and successfully imported videos to their computer using Photos application on windows 10?

Then, follow the steps in these Microsoft knowledge base articles to learn how to import photos to Windows Photos app:

When you import videos from your iOS device to your PC, some might be rotated incorrectly in Windows Photos app. You can add these videos to iTunes to play them in the correct orientation.

If you have iCloud Photos turned on, you need to download the original, full resolution versions of your photos to your iPhone before you import to your PC. Find out how.

Photos and videos that you sync from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes can't be imported back to your computer.

Thank you for reply!

iCloud Photos are turned off. I used to import photos and videos before from my old 4S and still can import from that device. But cannot import from my XS.

That's why I need someone with device X/XS/11 who already successfully imported photos, cause in my authorized service center specialists says that it's normal, that I can't upload videos to Windows OS.
