I have an issue
My MacBook Pro power adapter was broken
I was in Hanoi - and authorized reseller and service provider in Vietnam gave me brand new power adapter - and said this one is 100 % original
I have a question - is it true of false ?

That appears to be a genuine Apple MagSafe 2 power adapter for a 13-in MacBook Pro. It has the trademarked Apple logo, and the Apple part number.
Any statement behind that would require a forensics expert ruling, and as far as I know, no one here has that expertise.
Isn't that part of the definition of "fake" parts? Fake parts contain logos, numbers, etc. that are fake. We are users like you, we have no access to lists of stolen numbers, inappropriately used numbers. I could put anyones logo on a product.
I will repeat my original statement. "How could we possibly know..."?
How could we possibly know that?
How can I check is it fake or not ?
Is it possible by serial number ?
There is no number on power adapter - that is my point
