Copying and pasting, or printing, long lists

Even if I use "Select All," the list that is pasted, or printed, is usually disappointingly short. How can I copy and paste, or print, the entire list? By long, I mean a list that takes several pages to print. I don't expect to be able to print a 100-page list.

For copy and paste issue— typically the first thing is to reboot the machine an d try again.

If the issue persist:

To trouble shoot further you can:

Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and test

This test will tell you if third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

Test issue in another user (or guest user) account  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204443

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

Thank you for trying to help. Unfortunately, nothing worked, so I ended-up buying a replacement printer under Canon's special program (Canon upgrade program) for $69+. Don't think I gave up without a struggle, though. I spent quite a bit of time talking to Apple and Canon as well as Internet surfing, and you, of course. So, after the long struggle, I had to throw in the towel. I bought the ailing printer on November 25, 2013, so maybe I got my money's worth. Thanks again.

Whoops! I stupidly posted this in the wrong place. When I went to the right place just now I saw nothing and wrongly assumed that I had been censored again for some strange reason, but now I see that I just posted the above comments in the wrong place. Sorry about that. I'll now repost them where they belong. Oh, as long as I'm here, I might mention that the salesman with whom I placed my order gave me the wrong information (He lied) I just got the bill, and it was for $87.27, not $69+.
