iphone app store payment method

ive been trying to get an add on in an app but my payment method has suddenly been declined, ive tried to add it back onto my account but it keeps saying that my payment method is correct and i have put all my details in correctly. but there is no help anywhere for it.

Go through the steps in this link to look at your purchase history and see why your payment method is not working:


If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store
