iPhone XR overheating
My iPhone XR has just started to get really hot quickly at random times of use and doesn’t cool down unless I turn it off for a while

Some tips would be to make sure your case does not hold heat, close any applications running in the background, turn off your hotspot if it is enabled, don't charge, and use your iPhone at the same time along with other things. There may also be a software problem causing the issue as well.
