I thought I already covered this.....oh well, I'll try to help you Vonniepriddy.....
what you need to do is reboot, holding down the Apple (command) key +R key on the keyboard together...
doing so will get you into the Recovery partition. Move your mouse to the top center of the screen until you see OS X Tools
Choose Terminal. type in "resetpassword' without the quotes, and press the return key on your keyboard
that should get you into the main password reset app built into the OS. Sneaky, huh ? From there you can reset your main password and username.
good luck to you

You should be doing it for the admin account( home)
maybe I didn’t get it after all.. could you send a screen shot of what you have ... press Apple, shift + 3 on keyboard to take a full screen shot and post here
thanks

Okay, thanks for the screenshot. This makes things more difficult, as your hard drive isn't showing up. You could try quitting that app, going back to Disk Utility and choosing "Unlock", and make sure your hard drive shows up there and is mounted. . Then go back to the Terminal. Try typing in "repairhomepermissions" and then do "resetpassword", again both without the quotes. You could try starting up in safe mode by holding down the shift key on startup. sorry, I'm drawing a blank here...... can't really help much today..... I don't know what OS or model of Mac Pro you have...I'm presuming you mean the black cylinder computer, and not the portable notebook (laptop)...not that it makes a ton of differences....
again, my apologies....I'm gonna have to wait for someone else to post in on this one.....
otherwise I'd suggest calling Apple Support at their 1-800 number.....

When I go to the reset password page it doesn’t have any user accounts to click on so it won’t allow me to click on anything
I can’t send anything from laptop because I don’t have access yet
Ok thanks John
