Stop the “Liked” or “Loved” text messages

Why hasn’t Apple figured out a way to stop the “Liked” or “Loved” text message responses? I get about 20 group texts a day and 40 messages that say So&So Liked the message. A simple disable feature would be more welcome than the Memoji update. Please find a fix for this constant annoyance...
