My iPhone 11 pro looks worse after 1 week than my iPhone 7 Plus did after 3 years.
Simple normal usage or pockets, setting on tables, etc.
The service center refused to replace. They said I didn 't use it well. But I 'm a neat user. Not a scratch in 3 years on the old iPhone. It 's outrageous!
