Siri don’t know my name, Update information on contacts

Hello,

I had a problem using Siri last times. When I ask for my name or personal information she says I don’t know your name, Update your information on contacts, then I’ll know. But the problem is it shows my information below the sentences. The same issue happens in my iPhone as well. I couldn’t find any solutions. If somebody can help it’ll be awesome.
