Been downloading the security update five or six times now but every time it just says it can't verify the update. Tried to install it manually from the .pkg file but same story there. Anybody got some clue about how to get this solved? The so called apple support is nowhere to be found...

Managed to get in touch with the support after using a VPN. Apparently it's not availible to people who are currently in Iran... They were however very helpful. After trying with no success switching log in account, restart in safe mode and resetting NVRAM they sent me a download link with an alternate installation file which didn't seem to need verification. This installed fine and now I have the latest security update installed!
