Catalina &The operation can't be completed because the original item for "boo" can't be found

I updated my 2013 MBP and my 2015 iMac to Catalina

The iMac can connect to the MBP and go into files etc. no problem. However with the MBP I can connect, via Finder to the Mac and Downloads. Once I hit the "Downloads" folder I get the message "The operation can't be completed because the original item for "downloads" can't be found

This has only happened since updating to Catalina. I have Googled and tried a number of solutions to no avail.

The fastest way for me:

Hold the Option key and right-click the Finder icon in the Dock, then select Relaunch.
Press Option-Command-Escape or choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, then select the Finder and click Relaunch.

Hi Chinthaka.d, did you ever find a solution for accessing your WD MyCloud Server? I just set up a new MBP with Catalina and I've been having tons of issues trying to use my WD MyCloud EX4100.
