I can't seem to delete apps on my iPhone 7 now that I upgraded to iOS 13.1.3

I have a lot more options now when I hold down the app icon, but delete is not one of them. How do I delete an app in the newest iOS?

Hold down on the icon and select "rearrange apps" and this will bring up the familiar wiggling icons with an X in the corner.
