Problem with iCloud photo

Hi

Since yesterday, I use a new Apple device

I can not dawnload my photo from

icloud

I see this photo on other device but I can not see for iPhone 11 pro

And back up too

Please help me I want to see any photo for my new iPhone 11 Pro
