iphone6s - latest updates to 13.3.1 - wifi issue since dec 2019 - speed checks show download speed is limited to .5 to 2mbs.
Switch off Bluetooth and Wifi is back to 30mbs.
Annoying as the car always wants to use bluetooth when it actually connects via wifi - wth.
Any fix sometime soon?

That’s what I had on my iPhone 6s too. What helped was activating a 5 GHz wifi network in my router which was running before at 2.4 GHz only. Since then wifi on my iphone is good as before with one drawback that the 5 GHz network doesn’t have the range like a 2.4 GHz.
turn off blue tooth and wifi works again for me...
iPhone 6s Plus. iOS software engineers are supposedly investigating. If speaking to Apple Support, please quote Case ID #100947310444. Senior advisors own the case. Support resources are limited. If you’re experiencing this exact problem with an iPhone 6s device, do not visit an Apple Store, as they will only encourage you to upgrade your phone to a newer model lol
after testing I can say that there is problem on download only. Upload is OK, which is totally software problem, it’s only on 2,4GHz, WiFi on 5GHz goes well.
I have the same problem on my iPhone 7 after updating to iOS 13.2.2 and just discovered that it’s related on to 2.4 GHz. 5GHz works fine.
When you shut off Bluetooth in command centre (not in Settings), AW are still connected and the problem is solved.
Anyway, I bought new iPhone and this iP7 with Wifi problem i have erased and set it as my wifes iPhone and the problem is gone!!!!
Tried it on 13.2.3 today. Same issues on 2.4GHz. WiFi speed is approx. 0.2Mb/s. 2 routers tested.
Confirm it works well on 5GHz
Since the problem still remains it maybe wise that all here file a report at https://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
I certainly did. But if we all here report it there maybe the problem will get more attention.
latest beta seems to have helped situation 13.3.1 (17D5050a). Not fixed - but after slow start on speed test can get upto 5mbs but not sustainable as a solution.
Same Problem an solution on my IPhone 6s in Germany after installing 6.2.2.
Sometimes it’s also works, wenn I switch off my Bluetooth and reactivate it again.
in my FritzBox Settings I can observe, that the Data-rate rises down to 1Mbit/s. After switching too 5Ghz it shows more then 150Mbits.
I accidentally realised I am facing the same problem on iPhone7+.
For sometime now my iPhone was occasionally slow when opening email, surfing the web, using instagram etc.
Yesterday I was trying to do some work and realised that my iPad was connecting at normal speeds to wifi while my iPhone didn't.
So I started running speed tests and realised that my iPhone was downloading at erratic speeds. One minute it would download at max speed and then the next it would drop even under 0,5Mbps - it would struggle for sometime and then for no reason it would increase.
At the same time ALL other devices (iPads, MBP etc) are downloading at max speeds so it ISN'T the router or the connection.
I have tried to reset network settings to no avail.
There is an issue here and needs to be addressed.
I submitted my feedback here and also called up technical support to regarding the problem. They did not have any clue of the problem, however I submitted my feedback over there as well.
i request you all to please do give a call to apple and make your voice heard.
i did mine.
Been experiencing this exact issue on iPhone 6s Plus, immediately following update to iOS 13.2. Currently running iOS 13.3 and the issue persists, however I have recently discovered deactivating Bluetooth completely seems to resolve the wifi performance issue. Bluetooth is obviously necessary for AirDrop, handoff, continuity, Apple Watch, and headphones among other software features so operating without Bluetooth is not a solution.
Strange, after update 13.2.2 everything works fine for me, except for YouTube
