I have an iPhone6 and updated to 12.4.3.
Straight after, it told me it couldn't complete the update so would I like to restore. I tried updating again 3 times - nothing.
I then tried restoring and it keeps telling me there's an issue and to restore - again and again but wont launch at all
The phone is now completely useless as I can't so anything with it at all.
I'm using iTunes 12.8.1.3

Edit: It's also possible my phone soft bricked as the battery may have died, will find out soon. Would've deleted my comment but there's no option to, sadly.
Same thing happened to my mother's iPhone 5s. Phone completely shut off as it was updating. Charging it does nothing. My sisters iPad 3 mini is currently updating to 12.4.3, I'm going to be livid if it bricks as well.
iOS 12.4.3 was the biggest mistake apple has ever done. It crippled my iPhone 6 wireless, gps and bluetooth. Since it is not just me but a lot of people around the world, it looks like more and more a deliberate action to force us to buy new stuff. I’m out!
