IPHONE 11 proximity issue

Did you check with Apple store? Please advise

I felt the same and Also checked with one of my friend. He also facing the same.. the proximity sensor has some delay...

I bought iPhone 11 yesterday and observed the same issue. Screen goes black durring call. I observed this if I recieve a call or initiate call during sleep state. If I am using iPhone or display is on for some time and if I call it didn't happen. Screen goes black Intermittently.

I'm having the same problem with my 11 pro max which i bought only 5 days ago.it only happens sometimes,mostly it works properly.I'm not sure if it is the tempered glass (i use a full one) or it's a glitch. Pls if anyone knows let me know too

Unfortunately I live in albania, no official apple store just authorised resellers which sell mostly crap (accessories) and don't provide good service, that's why i thought it would be better to ask here for a solution rather than checking it where i bought it and have a 2 year warranty.

Do you have access to Amazon.com in Albania? If you do, there are many good quality screen protectors you can get from Amazon and many come with installation trays, including the Belkin I recommended.

I’m having the same problem with my new iPhone 11 pro. The screen did not come back when I move the phone from my ear during a call.

Tried force restart but still have the issue

Yes it’s full screen transparent tampered glass

Not yet, didn’t remove the glass yet :)

I have a similar problem. During the call, the screen is still active and because of this unnecessary buttons (speaker) are getting clicked. There is no way to lock the screen during the call.
