Apple Watch

MY watch keeps saying Apple Watch Not playing. I change it to the watch screen and it keeps coming back on. There is a small white circle at the top where it is usually red. How do I get rid of this?

Apple Watch Series 3 I am having a problem with my apple watch series 3. The screen is fluttering with green bars coming from the bottom. What should I do. This is the only screen available. Thanks for any help.

Reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
