I want to upgrade my iphone 5 from 10.3.3 to 10.3.4
I want to upgrade my iphone 5 from 10.3.3 to 10.3.4 but the only upgrade that shows on my iphone or in itunes is 12.4.3. How can I get 10.3.4 to show up?

You can't. Apple never created a build of 10.3.4 compatible with the iPhone 5s or any other device capable of running 11 or above.
