If my iPhone 5 has ios 12.4.2 on it do I have to back install to 10.3.4?

If my iPhone 5 has ios 22.4.2 on it do I have to “upgrade” to 10.3.4 to avoid the 11/3/19 issues?

iPhone 6S has ios 12.4.1 if I update what iOS will I get? And will it slow iPhone? Can I get an earlier iOS update than 14.4.2 for my iPhone 6s? If I install the version that Apple gives me and there's a problem can I restore to 12.4.1 using itunes on my Mac?

This indicates you have an iPhone 5S, which is not affected by the November 3rd GPS issue.
