ios 13.2 cannot send pictures

After ios 13.2 update cannot send pictures using whatsapp or facebook messenger. The app crush after picture selection. Any solutions?

Messenger is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support

I think the problem is IOS becouse after selecting multiple pictures from gallery I cannot use any app to send them, including mail, whatsapp or facebook messenger. That was not a problem in IOS 12

I can send previous photos. I cannot send photos taken after 13.2 update
