iOS 13 faded wallpaper issue

I know you can fix it by changing your display setting to zoom or normal(opposite of what it’s on currently), then change it back and that fixes it, but besides that, is there any other fixes?

Same happening to me under iOS 13.3. It seems pretty common if you have a look at google. The only way to fix it for me is rebooting the phone. That way I get the wallpaper back to its original color. Nothing related to the dark mode either as I was expecting. Big bug that Apple should take care of.

I have contacted support and they told me that this bug is on the list to be resolved in the upcoming updates. Apple knows about this bug.

There's no way to fix this at this time.

I even contacted Apple and we created a case. But still the issue persists.

I tried restarting but it does not fix it for me. Are there any other known fixes for this? Running iOS 13.3 on an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Hope so, been reporting this bug since the initial betas of iOS 13! Been putting it off for forever I feel like.
