iOS10.3.4

I have been trying to update my old iPhone 5 to iOS 10.3.4. When I follow the instructions to go via

settings

general

update

all I get is s message saying " you are up to date with 10.3.3"; there is no option for 10.3.4

amy ideas how I can get around this and update before the 3 Nov deadline?
