Weird screen colors

My screen turned weird colors this afternoon. Tried to change inverted colors, but they are not on. Sacked the back even though I have not dropped it. Turned it off and on... Cannot figure out how to change it back. Everything is distorted. Help! I even updated the iPad. When you look at a video, you cannot see the features of faces.
