Payment

I have been trying to update my card on my apple pay or payment options on my apple id. I only have one form of payment and it is my bank account card and i was not able to pay my fee and it was declined and failed and i dont have anything else to pay with. What do i do.? Should i make an apple card and then switch it back to my regular card so i can use it or what.?
