Having an issue updating my card info.

I previously had an issue with billing with my visa debit card. I resolved the issue with my bank and now it will not let me use this card. It is the only card I have so I can’t remove and put it back in. Now I can’t use Apple Pay or update my info.

Payment I have been trying to update my card on my apple pay or payment options on my apple id. I only have one form of payment and it is my bank account card and i was not able to pay my fee and it was declined and failed and i dont have anything else to pay with. What do i do.? Should i make an apple card and then switch it back to my regular card so i can use it or what.?
