Problem with payment methods

Hello Apple !

This card does not exist anymore (4562) . I close bank account already, but I have another card (4899) and I can not change card to pay for iCloud. In Apple store they told me , I suppose contact here in Apple website. Can we fixed that problem ?

See If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203005. To resolve this, add a new payment method or update the billing information for your current payment method.
