Netflix list on Apple TV 4

I use an Apple TV 4 to watch Netflix on a TV. Netflix and other streaming apps all work fine except for one annoying problem. My Netflix list on the Apple TV 4 is not updating when I add or delete a show. When I access the list on my laptop the changes I tried to make through the TV are shown on the laptop's list. But the laptop list doesn't match the TV list. I have updated the Apple TV's software and rebooted the Apple TV as well. Anyone have a suggestion to get the Apple TV's list to update? Thanks!

I had to uninstall Netflix and then re-install and re-login. Try that and see if it works then.

Try force-closing the misbehaving app, then launch it again to see if the changes are picked up.

Thank you for the suggestion. I just tried force-closing the app but add remove is still not working via the Apple TV. I even deleted the app and reinstalled - same problem. Oddly, with my laptop open at the same time to my Netflix list, I can see a title getting added to my list when I add it using the TV. But nothing happens when I try to remove a title through the TV. If I sign out of the TV's app and then sign back in, my TV list synchs up with the laptop's list so there is a work around.

I've been having the same problem with the Netflix TV app. Your 'work around' also worked for me. Still, it would be nice if Netflix fixed the problem. Thanks!

I contacted Netflix. They said they were well-aware of the issue and are working on it.
