I am trying to find a way to make phone calls on cellular with an iPad with a cellular plan. I can find ways for making them on wi-fi but not cellular, for example in the car. Is there a way?

FYI: iPad is not a phone so calls are made via an iPhone.
The are some 3rd parties (VOIP) apps that uses cellular data for calls.
The recipient also needs the same app to receive the call.
Only if you also own an iPhone that you can make cellular calls using iPad.

Yes, I have an iPhone. I was able to get calls on the iPad when cellular was deactivated, but how do I make calls.
