XCode doesn't download from App Store

Whenever I try to update XCode from app Store, I am getting a message saying

“Xcode” could not be installed. Please try again later.

xcode update won't complete Xcode had an update and after 1 hour it It gets almost done but hangs there saying it is still installing. I can't delete Xcode and it won't complete.

Reboot, and try the download again. Failing that, boot into Safe Mode, and try the download again.
