Update for Xcode Oct. 7, 2019 fails to download and update. Tried multiple times. Restarts. Etc...

Xcode 11.1 requires Mojave 10.14.4 or more recent. Within the last day or so, I went to the Mac App Store and downloaded Xcode 11.1.

I have Catalina 10.15 installed. Going to try downloading and installing Xcode from the developer site.
