Export to Sibelius and Import from Garageband

Is there a way to export a project from LogicPro to Sibelius?

I would like to be able to see the musical score in Sibelius for further editing.

Also, is it possible to import a Garageband project directly into LogicPro?

Apparently Garageband has very limited export capabilities.

Ideally, I would like to go from Garageband to Sibelius but I don't think that is

possible. Hence the detour through LogicPro which seems to have more export capabilities.

Thanks for any advice.

• Transfer from Logic to Sibelius

in Logic:

File -> Export -> then "Selection as Midi File" or "All Midi Tracks as Midi File".

You can also export MusicXML (only possible from score editor cmd-3):

File -> Export -> Score as MusicXML.

• To import a garageband session, simply "open" it in logic.

• I don't have garageband, but it seems, it's not possible to export midi directly. Then you need another software in between, like logic.
