Apple Id decoupled from iPad by support due to activation lock

My apple id was destroyed by Apple that was linked to an iPad (after I proved that I bought that device using the bill) so that activation lock on that specific device has disappeared after a restore. My question is what will happen if I restore a different (iPhone) device that is linked to the already destroyed apple id? Will I get the activation lock again for the iPhone too? Has anyone experience with this issue?
