I've tried the wireless update option on my iphone 5 and my ipad 4th gen, but both say they are using the latest version which is 10.3.3 There's no option to update to 10.3.4 which is supposedly required before 11/3/2019. Does anyone have a solution?

iPhone 5c, 5s or SE do not require, nor can they get the 10.3.4 update.
The iPad needs to be the Cellular model to get the 10.3.4 update. The wifi only model does not require it.

Is it an iPhone 5, or 5C?
Is the iPad a WiFi only model?
If so, see: Update your iPhone or iPad software to avoid issues with location - Apple Support
If its really an iPhone 5, then try updating through iTunes on a computer.
You may want to post the model number here just to be sure.

yes wifi only ipad. I missed the note that the update is not necessary for the ipad.
IOS is at 10.3.3, no option to update to 10.3.4
