Apple TV CONNECTION
I'm trying to connect from my Sierra 10.12.6 iMac to my AppleTV via Airplay in Safari. I am using my Apple ID password but when I enter the code on the iMac it says it is incorrect.

The AirPlay password is not your Apple ID password, but a separate password, as can be found on Apple TV in Settings﹥AirPlay﹥Allow Access﹥Password﹥.
The default is a 6-digit number, but you can change that if you want. If you turn it off and then on again, it will be a new random 6-digit number.
