Call failure
My phone keeps dropping calls. I have had the SIM card changed and iOS is up to date

From what I understand is that your iPhone keeps dropping calls. I know that it's important to be able to keep those calls and I'd like to help you with this. To start, does this happen in multiple locations or certain areas? What does your cellular signal look like when the calls drop?
Restart your iPhone. Sometimes a restart can help resolve issues.
To confirm, are you on the latest update iOS 13.2? This was just recently released: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Check for carrier updates: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
If your iPhone isn't carrier locked, try using a good SIM from another carrier to see if the same thing occurs.
