Hello iv just upgraded my iPhone to a 8plus and noticed iv lost all of my reminders who do I retrieve them back on to my iPad please. The phone has iOS 13 the iPad just updated to iOS 12.4 if that helps

Reminders will no longer synchronize between a device running the latest system software and an older device running older system software.

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
