EQ needs to be more accessible and better on iOS

Can anyone tell us why apple doesnt have a way to easily change EQ settings? you have to go fairly deep into the Settings to find EQ. I like the Music app interface and dont want to use 3rd party EQ apps (rightfully so I think). I’ve asked them to add this feature for years and nothing. It’s a widely used platform without easy access to real EQ? Car stereos have been doing this since the 80s.
