Airplane mode from lock screen with no password?

Hey guys

I've just moved from Android and I’m wondering if I can change two things on my new phone:

1. First I want to be able to stop airplane mode from being activated from the lock screen settings menu with no password (why this is enabled by default is beyond me!). I managed to accidentally turn it on in my sleep last night...

2. Can I edit the immediate lock screen to remove the torch? Again I managed to turn this on in my sleep!
