My order was not delivered!
Hello, my order **** was not delivered.However, tracking indicates that the order has been delivered. But no one brought anything.

The fact is that I did not receive the goods and I have nothing to return them back. And I ended up without money and without goods. They answered that my order was canceled because they did not send the order to the address that I indicated.
Here's what they answered:
The order you recently placed online cannot be processed because Apple does not ship to freight forwarder addresses. Therefore, your order has been canceled.
If you'd like to place a new order on apple.com, please ensure that the delivery location is a domestic address and not a freight forwarder.

I made the order. Pay it. Money from the card was written off. But the order was not delivered to the address. They explained that the address I specified the order can not be delivered. But the money was never returned.
Normally when an order is placed a test charge is done to make sure the card is valid. It is later cancelled and the real charge is done when it is shipped.
if you received a shipment notice you were charged. If they cancelled prior to shipping you were not charged. Check with your bank.
I am going through the same situation. Apple told me that the order was already canceled and my money has been returned but in my account there is no money refunded. I'm starting to despair, I don't want to lose my money. Did you contact Apple again? or with your bank? What did they tell you about it?

Were you trying to get it sent to you via a shipping forwarder? What did Apple say when you called them and gave your order number?
Yes, that is what I already surmised and tol you. They didn’t charge you since it wasn’t shipped. So what is the problem?
Do you already reimburse the money to your account?

I went to my Bank with a request to cancel the operation. The application will be considered from 30 to 60 days. 35 days have passed since the cancellation.
