After updating to 13.2 I tunes does not have file sharing option in the left side bar.

After updating to 13.2 I tunes does not have file sharing option in the left side bar. I cannot copy files back and forth from my Windows 10 computer to the I phone. How can I copy files back and forth without putting them on the web somewhere?
