Can teens use Apple Cash to recive money

Hi, so I’ve been using Apple Cash or Apple Pay to receive money for months now and the other day it asked for security info which I imputes then it restricted my account. I am 16 but have a debit card linked to it. You can revive payments as a teenager through Apple Cash right? I have a payment pending and am not sure what to do. This is my primary method of payment

iPhone 6, iOS 12

See the following from Send, receive, and request money with Apple Pay - Apple Support

To send and receive money with Apple Pay, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.

Note that is the requirement for sending/receiving money. For Apple Pay (e.g., using a credit or debit card in Wallet to pay businesses that accept Apple Pay) see the following from If you can't add cards to Wallet for Apple Pay - Apple Support

Apple Pay isn't available for children under 13. Age varies by country and region. In order to send and receive money with Apple Pay or receive the Apple Cash card, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.

The person who sent it should be able to cancel. See the following from Send, receive, and request money with Apple Pay - Apple Support

If you send money to someone who hasn't accepted the payment, you can cancel the payment. Here's how:

  1. Open Messages and go to the payment. Or go to the payment in Latest Transactions.
  2. Tap the payment to see its details, then check the Status field.
  3. Tap Cancel Payment. The Status field updates to say Canceled. If youdon't see the option to cancel, then the person has already accepted the payment. Try asking the person to send money back to you instead.

If you reject or cancel a payment, the money will be refunded by the next business day depending on your bank or card issuer.
