iPhone XS Max Cellular Service Problem

Recently I have been having issues with my iPhone XS Max and my cellular service reliability. My service will fluctuate from 1-3 bars while sitting in the exact same position. Previously, I have consistently had 3-4 bars of service. Could this be due to the iOS 13.2 update? If I turn off the cellular data and turn it back on, I will get 3 bars of service for a short time (a minute or less), but then back to 1 bar. Any ideas what is causing this issue? My warranty is up soon and I would like to get it remedied before that is up if the unit needs to be replaced. Thanks to all that can help!
