Airpods Pro + Siri Shortcuts

hey!

has anyone tried to run a shortcut by using hey siri from the new airpods pro?

In my case I configured two shortcuts:

• hang on: switch to transparency and pause music
• resume: turn on ANC and play music

I’ve used the same shortcut in two just unboxed pairs of airpods pro and after doing so the airpods are almost unusable. They start having a lot of bluetooth issues.

The most visible one is a red warning when opening the lid of the case.

All of this gets fixed by a hard reset to factory settings.

has anyone experienced this? I already went to the Apple Store (sales and genius bar) + called the apple store support and no one has any clue about this...
