I no longer can Use a nearby iOS device to enter text on your Apple TV. How can I fix this?

I have tried putting my phone in airplane mode (turning off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi), but even with that her iPhone still doesn't receive these notification.

Use iPhone to type on Apple TV When I open a search on Apple TV I get a prompt on my iPhone that I can use it as a keyboard instead of the remote. I’ve shared my Apple TV with family but they do not get that option on their phones. Is there a way to enable that?

Unable to watch programs on apple tv app on tv When i try to use the Apple TV app via my Sky TV satellite service it’s asking me to sign in on my mobile device or gives me a QR code, but when I do sign in on my iphone it still shows the same message on my tv - so although i can see Apple tv programs on my iphone i still cannot see them on the TV - help!
