Can’t find update in the list of apps
Where do u find the update listing in the list of apps phone wheel won’t stop spinning and just says update requested

It sounds like you might be trying to delete a downloaded update. You should it using the steps below:
"Remove and download the update again
If you still can't install the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, try downloading the update again:
- Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.
- Find the update in the list of apps.
- Tap the update, then tap Delete Update.
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest update."
If the troubleshooting steps in the link above don't help to resolve the issue after you delete the update, that's when you'll want to try to update with a computer: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
